What you will learn:
- Send for help – Call 111
- Place your thumb and first finger over baby’s jaw and roll her over
- Give 5 back blows between their shoulder blades with the heel of your hand
- Keep checking the airway for removal of a blockage
- Roll your baby over and sandwich her between your arms, supporting her neck
- Using two fingers, perform 5 chest thrusts below the nipple line
- Roll baby back over, and give 5 back blows once again
- Check the airway – if you see a foreign body, hook it out
