What you will learn:

  • Exercise is good for so many things, including mental health and pain management
  • If you have endometriosis and you want to exercise, be mindful of taking on too much at first as this can cause a flair up
  • Gentle walking is a great place to begin, even though it may not seem like a lot
  • Try three walks on three days in a week and assess how you feel
  • You can increase pace or frequency…but not both on same day
