  • Teething will continue until around 3 years old when your child will have 20 teeth
  • It can be challenging getting toddlers to brush – parents need to brush their children teeth until they are at least 8
  • Brush after breakfast and especially at night – remember to be gentle
  • Avoid sugar to help keep teeth healthy
  • Use full strength toothpaste, but only a little smear
  • It is really important to look after your child’s teeth!
