How can I sleep comfortably during pregnancy?

Viewing time: 1m 2s

What you will learn:

  • Try lying on your side, using pillows between your legs to support yourself and promote sleep
  • Lying on your left improves blood flow to the placenta (more nutrients for the baby!)

  • Try massaging your lower spine if you can reach (or – preferably – ask for a message), this may help you drift to sleep.
